1. Exchange

• Exchange are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.

• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Opening Video required for exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Items purchased during clearance or sale (unless defective)

3. Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
