Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item cannot be made, if there is an error in the price or product description, or if we are unable to deliver to your address.

If Sculpted cancels an order before it has entered production, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method, where applicable.

All orders are non-refundable

Because every piece is cut and stitched specifically for you, orders are non-refundable from the moment they are placed.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size preference, fit preference, colour preference, or other reasons unrelated to an eligible damaged or defective item.

Where an item qualifies under our Exchange Policy, the remedy is exchange or correction of the affected garment only, subject to the conditions of that policy.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, by contacting us through WhatsApp or email.

However, once your order has been moved to Confirmed status, it cannot be cancelled.

Once an order is confirmed, the garment may have entered the cutting, stitching or production process based on the measurements and options provided by you.

Cancellation does not result in a refund, exchange, or store credit once the order has been confirmed.

Exchanges

Please refer to our Exchange Policy.

In short, all orders are non-refundable. The only remedy we offer for an eligible delivered order is an exchange or correction for an item that arrives damaged or defective, provided the issue is reported within 12 hours of delivery and the required continuous unboxing video is provided.

The garment must remain unused, unwashed and unaltered, with its tags and packaging intact.

A garment that has been correctly made according to the measurements, size, colour and options provided in the order is not considered defective and is not eligible for exchange due to fit preference, sizing preference or change of mind.
